Making an application for the EDA Summer School 2009
Step 1
Complete the booking form and send (email, post, fax as on the booking form) to EDA.
Step 2
Arrange for payment:
Bank transfer: ensure that the transfer states your name or your school name. Without this information the payment cannot be traced and delays all further processing and confirmation of place.
Cheque: send to the PO Box on the application form. If you know in advance that you are
using a courier service and the cheque will need to be signed for in the

You apply for a visa immediately.
You send your visa application number to edaenquiries@btinternet.com
Step 5
On receipt of your visa application number, EDA will then write to the Deputy High Commissioner in your local area confirming your application and place at the Summer School.
We are only able to send one letter for each delegate to the visa office.
In order to speed up the visa process, it is much quicker to apply for visas as a group from your school rather than as individual applicants.
Step 6
You notify edaenquiries@btinternet.com of the result of your visa application as soon as you have it.
Step 7
If your visa application is not successful EDA are only able to refund your course fee (minus £150 administration fee) if we receive notification before 31st May 2009. Any subsequent notification will not result in fees being refunded.
